Every cup starts on a Filipino farm

“Tala” means star and “tasa” means cup. Our founder Mika Santos grew up on her lola's coffee trees in Amadeo and opened Tala & Tasa in 2019 to prove Philippine coffee can stand next to any in the world. We pay farmers 40% above market price, visit every harvest, and roast in small 5-kilo batches.

“The Sagada pour-over tastes like strawberries and honey. I didn't know Philippine coffee could do that. Now I bring every balikbayan friend here.”

“Order ahead actually works. I place it on the jeep, and my iced Spanish latte has my name on it when I walk in at 7:45. Best croissant-and-coffee breakfast in QC.”
      Miguel R.Commuter · Teachers Village
“Quiet in the afternoon, great Wi-Fi, outlets at every table and the almond croissant is dangerous. My thesis was basically written at the window seat.”
